The company has successfully completed the first production of the Reev Aura, a class M1 fully electric car developed at its facilities in Samsun. This development, announced through an official notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), has created great anticipation in the domestic automotive industry. The brand aims to appeal directly to the masses with a highly competitive price tag of around 1 million TL. Thus, the company is making electric mobility much more accessible for ordinary users.
333 Kilometre Range and M1 Class
Many affordable electric vehicles on the market actually fall into the L class (micromobility / four-wheeled motorcycle) category. However, the Reev Aura is positioned in the M1 category, i.e., the standard passenger car class. This indicates that the vehicle complies with highway driving requirements, crash tests, and safety standards.
Although not all technical details are clear yet, the announced technical data supports this infrastructure. Reeder engineers have integrated an optimised battery pack into the vehicle, offering a range of 333 kilometres on a single charge. This range promises more than sufficient performance, especially for daily urban use and routine weekend trips. Additionally, the vehicle can reach a maximum speed of 180 kilometres per hour. Therefore, the Reev Aura offers its driver a dynamic and seamless driving experience not only in congested city traffic but also on highway conditions.
LOJO EV Group Partnership and the Samsun Base
Reeder is taking its industrial journey, which began with smartphone and consumer electronics production, to a very different engineering dimension today. The company is taking highly strategic steps in line with its strategy to expand its electric vehicle production activities to the upper segment. In this context, the company is carrying out a comprehensive production and supply agreement with LOJO EV Group Limited, which it had previously announced to the public.
This partnership represents a critical technology transfer rather than a simple assembly operation. The company is transforming its vast facilities in Samsun into a modern automotive production base. The first vehicle rolling off the production line proves that this established industrial infrastructure has successfully passed its tests. Thus, Samsun is becoming one of Türkiye's new-generation electric vehicle production centres.

The Turkish electric vehicle market continues to grow with new models every day. However, the market's biggest need stands out as accessible vehicles with standard passenger car capabilities, priced around the 1 million TL band.
