Altınay Savunma Teknolojileri, the domestic technology power of the Turkish defence industry, has announced its financial results for 2025. The company produces high value-added engineering solutions. Through this, it successfully navigated the fluctuations in the global supply chain. Consequently, the firm increased its consolidated revenue for 2025 by 36 percent. Thus, the company raised its total income to 3 billion 139 million lira. Ultimately, this rapid growth directly strengthens the goal of full national independence in critical subsystems.
Financial Figures and Global Backlog Analysis
The figures announced by the company demonstrate how financial discipline combines with engineering power. Altınay Savunma closed the year with a gross profit of 993.4 million lira. Furthermore, the company achieved a net profit of 163.4 million lira. However, the most striking data point was the massive backlog of $182 million. This figure represents the company's guaranteed future orders.
CEO Z. Burak Mercan describes this situation as a strategic turning point. Mercan emphasises that they combine their unique technology development capability with financial discipline. Thus, the company is steadily climbing the ranks in the global defence league.
The Hidden Power of KAAN and MİLGEM
In the past, Türkiye produced massive war platforms. However, the critical sub-components inside these vehicles often came from abroad. Altınay Savunma precisely eliminates these hidden embargo risks. The company designs game-changing complex systems for aviation and naval platforms.
Why are Demirkuş and Kuşkapanı Important?
The pneumatic munition release systems for the National Combat Aircraft KAAN have been completely indigenised. The company has completed the design process for these systems and moved directly to production. Furthermore, the "Demirkuş" (Iron Bird) project, one of the aviation world's most complex test infrastructures, has been completed. Engineers have successfully brought this massive hardware to the acceptance phase.
On the naval side, vital steps have been taken for MİLGEM frigates. The Kuşkapanı Helicopter Landing System and the JP-5 Fuel Transfer System have passed their tests. Teams have flawlessly completed the factory acceptance tests for these systems. These systems ensure that helicopters can land safely on ships in stormy seas. Consequently, with ship integrations planned for 2026, the Turkish navy will gain immense capability.
Robotics Innovation
The company is redefining operational efficiency in the field through innovation and R&D investments. Notably, the prototype phase for the Sludge Cleaning Robot project has been successfully completed. Teams have quickly overcome the challenging integration phase. Indeed, the system tests to be completed in 2026 will open a brand new chapter in the field of autonomous robotics.
Furthermore, the company is strongly focused on a sustainable growth model. The firm has established a dedicated Sustainability Committee within its structure. Engineers are integrating circular economy principles directly into production processes. Therefore, the company not only produces high technology but also commits to leaving a powerful and clean defence infrastructure for future generations.
