Speaking at the ceremony marking the start of mass production, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in the development of the vaccine. President Erdoğan stated that the domestically produced COVID-19 vaccine, TURKOVAC, will not only meet Türkiye's needs but will also be distributed to brotherly and friendly countries.
