Turkish Navy Commander Admiral Tatlıoğlu announced a NATO first: Bayraktar TB3 UAVs were used in an amphibious operation during Steadfast Dart 2026, establishing a new doctrine.
The NATO Amphibious Task Force command will be held by the Turkish Navy until 2026. The domestically produced fleet, consisting of TCG Anadolu, TCG Derya, and TCG İstanbul, is ready for duty.
