When completed, the TCG Derya Sea Supply and Combat Support Ship, which will meet the Turkish navy's supply needs in the open seas, will be the second largest ship in the Turkish navy after the TCG Anadolu.

The construction of our Naval Supply and Combat Support Ship #DERYA, which will be the second largest ship in our Navy, is continuing at full speed. We are working with all our might to ensure that DERYA enters the inventory in the 100th year of our Republic, and we are moving forward with firm steps towards 2023.

About TCG Derya, Maritime Supply and Combat Support Ship (DİMDEG)

Designed to rapidly resupply naval units with fuel, including helicopter fuel, and water via at-sea replenishment methods, the Maritime Replenishment Combat Support Ship (MRSS) is equipped to perform tasks not only in at-sea replenishment for combat units and forward bases, but also in Peace Support Operations, Disaster and Emergency Response, and Humanitarian Aid. It will also provide support for a certain level of maintenance/repair of manned and unmanned surface and underwater vehicles, helicopters, and ship-based unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on board. It is planned to be delivered to the Naval Forces Command in 2024.
