Kirpi II, an improved version of the Kirpi, which is one of Türkiye's successful projects in the defense industry and developed by BMC Defense, stands out with its superior features in the mine-protected vehicle class.

The Kirpi 2 is on its way to becoming a preferred vehicle both in Türkiye and in other countries.

Kirpi II was developed as a new version of the Kirpi. The Kirpi had become a legend in the mine-protected vehicle class thanks to its high level of protection. Kirpi II maintains this level of protection while also improving road handling and passenger comfort thanks to its independent suspension system.

The Kirpi II features a monocoque armored cabin, special armored windows, shock-absorbing seats, a weapon station, and an emergency exit hatch. It also incorporates numerous mission-specific features, including a CBRN protection system, a firing range target detection system, an automatic fire extinguishing system, an internal communication system, a jamming and blinding system, and an explosive ordnance disposal robotic arm.

The Kirpi II improves road handling and passenger comfort thanks to its independent suspension system. The vehicle is produced in two different versions: 4x4 or 6x6. The 4x4 version can carry 12 people, while the 6x6 version can carry 16 people.

The Kirpi II, the first version of the Kirpi, is used in Türkiye as well as Ukraine. Turkey delivered 50 Kirpi vehicles to the Ukrainian army, which is fighting against Russia. These vehicles play an important role in Ukraine's defense, demonstrating superior performance.
