Developed by Yonca Onuk, the composite-hulled Yonca Onuk MRTP 34 high-speed assault boat was developed as the fastest of the known 250-300 tonne assault boats.
Yonca Onuk MRTP “Multi Role Tactical Platform” 34, 36, 80 metres in full length and has the capability to conduct operations with 21 personnel for 3 days without logistic support. MRTP 34 can reach a speed of 42 knots, which other boats in its class cannot reach. The Yonca Onuk MRTP 34, developed for near coastal coastal security, is equipped with the ’guard“ 30 millimetre remote-controlled cannon system developed by Aselsan.
