The AKINCI TİHA (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) hit its target with pinpoint accuracy from 140 km away using a supersonic guided missile.

Türkiye, Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA’nın ateşlediği İHA-230 adlı ilk süpersonik güdümlü füze ile başarılı bir deneme gerçekleştirdi.

Roketsan tarafından üretilen füze, 140 kilometre uzaktaki hedefi tam isabetle vurdu.

Türk savunma sanayisinin son yıllardaki gelişimi ve yenilikçi teknolojilere verilen ağırlık, bu olayın gerçekleştirilmesinde büyük bir rol oynadı. İHA-230 füzesi, Türkiye’nin savunma sanayisindeki yeteneklerini bir kez daha kanıtladı.
