
Türkiye and Pakistan have signed an agreement for the sale of 30 T129 ATAK helicopters. This contract marks the largest single defense industry export in the history of the Republic of Turkey.
According to a statement from the Presidency of Defence Industries, the ongoing contract negotiations between Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) and the Pakistan Ministry of Defence Production regarding the T129 ATAK helicopter have reached a final conclusion.
A formal contract was signed between the two brotherly countries for the sale of 30 T129 ATAK helicopters. In addition to this sale, TUSAŞ also reached an agreement on a comprehensive contract package covering logistics, spare parts, training, and ammunition.
The news was also announced by the Undersecretary of Defence Industries, İsmail Demir, on his official Twitter account.
