Türkiye's global mobility brand, Togg, has announced the acceleration of its production lines and future strategies with concrete figures. Togg Chairman of the Board Fuat Tosyalı explained the brand's production journey, market performance, and export targets from a strategic perspective. Fuat Tosyalı likened Togg's early years to a newborn baby, stating that the brand has now started to run.
According to official statements, the company plans to exceed the 60,000-unit production band in 2026. Furthermore, the brand is preparing to increase capacity to 100,000 units in 2027 and launch a new vehicle priced at half the cost of current models. Consequently, these massive targets prove that the domestic electric vehicle ecosystem is transforming into a permanent power not only in Türkiye but also in the European market.
Transition to Economies of Scale: 2026 and 2027 Production Targets
The most fundamental factor determining profitability and sustainability in the automotive industry is economies of scale. The more vehicles a factory produces, the lower the unit costs in the supply chain. Togg is rapidly reaching this economic maturity by multiplying its production capacity at the Gemlik facilities every year.
According to data shared by Fuat Tosyalı, the company, which successfully emerged from the major investment process, closed the previous year (2024) with 25,000 units of production. Last year (2025), this figure reached 40,000 units. In line with new plans, Togg targets production of 60,000 units or more for 2026. On the other hand, the major leap will occur in 2027. The company will reach a massive annual production capacity of 100,000 units by that date. Tosyalı states that the company has not yet reached that ultimate targeted point in its balance sheet. However, he clearly expresses that the determined plans implemented are gradually transforming the brand into a global industrial giant.
Zero Inventory Strategy and 100,000 Toggs on the Road
The most concrete indicator of this rapid increase in production lines is directly seen on Türkiye's roads. As of today, there are exactly 100,000 active Togg vehicles on Turkish roads. These smart devices, which were rarely seen on the roads just two years ago, are now used intensively in every corner of the country.
Fuat Tosyalı sees this situation as the greatest proof of user satisfaction. The company never lets the vehicles it produces fall into inventory at the factory or dealerships. Every vehicle rolling off the line is delivered directly to the consumer waiting for it. Export to the Heart of Automotive: A Dreamlike Start in Germany

Stating that entering the German market with a domestic vehicle is a dreamlike development, Tosyalı particularly draws attention to the feedback from German users.
German suppliers currently using Togg in Germany are extremely satisfied with the vehicle. Tosyalı states that these suppliers constantly recommend the vehicle to their circles and confess that they did not expect such high quality. The company also predicts that export demands will increase day by day. However, Togg management allocates a certain percentage for exports, always prioritising meeting the demand of Turkish consumers.
An Accessible Togg for Everyone: New Model at Half Price in 2027
The development that excites Togg followers the most is undoubtedly the company's new model strategy. The new vehicle project, announced in Davos and causing a great stir, has been tied to a clear schedule. Fuat Tosyalı officially announced that they will launch a brand new model in the mid-segment starting from mid-2027.
The most striking feature of this new model will be its pricing policy. Tosyalı emphasised that they will launch the new vehicle on the market at exactly half the price of today's T10X and T10F models. The brand will also support the affordable price advantage with long-term instalment options. Thus, a fully accessible national car concept that every citizen can easily purchase will be realised.
