ANKA flight tests are continuing successfully.

Another two-hour and ten-minute flight was conducted with the ANKA Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System on October 22, 2011.

The ANKA Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System, developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ) and undergoing flight tests since December 30, 2010, completed another two-hour and ten-minute flight on October 22, 2011.

During these tests, ANKA successfully reached an altitude of 10,000 feet, and a series of test maneuvers were successfully carried out in autonomous flight mode to determine and calibrate its performance.
