Togg's holiday energy gift campaign starts on May 22, 2026 at 00:00 and continues until May 30, 2026 at 23:59. You need to receive your gift balance via the Trumore application within this date range. You can use your defined charging balance at Trugo charging stations until June 5, 2026 at 23:59.
How to Get the Togg Free Charging Gift?
The steps you need to follow to participate in the campaign are quite simple:
First, you need to log in to the Trumore application between May 22 and May 30. In the "story" section of the application, you will see the energy gift balance specifically defined for your Togg vehicle. After copying this code, switch to the Trugo application, go to the gift cards section under payment options, and enter the code there. Once the process is complete, your charging balance will be ready for use.
Only Togg users registered with "My Trumore Smart Device" can participate in the campaign. If you haven't yet registered your vehicle to the Trumore application, it would be wise to complete this process before the campaign starts.
The Autocharge Feature Will Be Temporarily Suspended
There is another notable detail in Togg's announcement. The Trugo Autocharge feature will be temporarily suspended during the campaign period. This is a precaution taken to ensure users can use their gift balances without issues. In other words, you will need to start the charging process manually during the campaign.
When is the Expiry Date for the Gift Balances?
You need to enter the code you receive from the Trumore application into the Trugo application by May 30 at 23:59 at the latest. After entering the code, you have a wider period for usage. You can use your gift balance at all Trugo charging stations until June 5 at 23:59.
