Togg Truemore, Servis Bilgi Ekranı

Togg has added a service tracking feature to the My Smart Device section of the Trumore application. According to the company's announcement, Togg T10X or T10F owners will be able to track the status of their requests and current procedures step by step via My Smart Device while their vehicles are in service.

How Does Service Status Work?

The new feature displays the service process with a four-stage progress bar. The process begins with the "Work Order Opened" stage, then passes through "Processing" and "Delivery Scheduled," completing with "Collected." Users can see at a glance which stage the service procedure is at.

The service screen also includes a list of the procedures to be carried out. For example, requests such as the 40,000-kilometre service, windscreen replacement, tyre replacement and wiper replacement are listed separately. The check mark next to each request indicates that the procedure has been completed. The counter at the top of the screen shows the number of completed procedures as a proportion of the total number of requests.

Service History and User Manual

Alongside service status, the My Smart Device section also includes service history and user manual options. The service history keeps a record of the service work the vehicle has previously received, while the user manual provides access to technical information about the vehicle.

Warranty Information Also on the Same Screen

Warranty information can also be viewed on the My Smart Device screen. The days and kilometres remaining under standard warranty cover, along with those remaining under battery warranty cover, are shown separately. This also provides ease of tracking for users benefiting from Togg's battery warranty campaign. The same screen also displays information regarding traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance status.

The new feature is regarded as part of Togg's strategy to digitalise the vehicle ownership experience. The ability to track service processes transparently aims to reduce uncertainty for users regarding their vehicles.
