Toksöz Group, known for its Tadelle and Sarelle brands, has acquired the entire Italian company Pernigotti.
Toksöz Group, which operates in the food, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors, has acquired Pernigotti, a 150-year-old Italian chocolate brand, from Fratelli Averna.
Ahmet Toksöz, Board Member of Toksöz Group Sanset Gıda, commented on the acquisition: “As Toksöz Group, we are extremely pleased to acquire the renowned Pernigotti brand. This is our first overseas acquisition. Our group will become even stronger by leveraging the international strength of Pernigotti, a globally recognized brand in chocolate, nougat, and ice cream, and will successfully establish its presence in new markets worldwide, particularly in Europe.”.
