A video has been released showcasing the entire testing process (terrain performance, firepower, mobility, etc.) of the National Main Battle Tank ALTAY from 2012 to the present.
The first prototype of the domestically produced main battle tank, ALTAY, was manufactured in 2012, and it is planned that it will be ready for use by the Land Forces by the end of 2016.
ALTAY is Türkiye's original design product, a third-generation main battle tank. Developed as part of Türkiye's largest land platform project, ALTAY is designed to meet the future needs of the Turkish Armed Forces. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, ALTAY possesses enhanced survivability, mobility, and firepower.
