Milper, operating in Teknopark Istanbul, is conducting R&D activities for the development of zero-emission boats of the future within the scope of the “Renewable Energy Powered Hybrid Innovative Sailing Yacht” (REP-SAIL) project, which it leads and is supported by the European Union.
Milper is also carrying out research and development of high-gain, low-water-resistance water turbines that generate electricity from the movement of the boat while it is in motion, which is a crucial part of these studies.
Milper Propeller Technologies Inc. is an R&D company established in 2011 with the aim of designing, developing, and preparing for production fixed and steerable pitch propeller and shaft systems for marine vessels.
