Otokar, Türkiye's land systems manufacturer, has received an order worth approximately 110 million USD for Arma 8×8 and Cobra II tactical wheeled armored vehicles from an African country.
This order, which marks the first Arma 8×8 order from Africa, will see Otokar begin deliveries of the armored vehicles in 2021.
Otokar, Türkiye's leading land systems manufacturer, continues to be preferred by friendly and allied countries for its armored vehicles, designed and produced in-house, which stand out with their high level of protection and superior mobility. Despite the pandemic, Otokar continues its export drive without slowing down, receiving a new export order worth approximately 110 million USD from an African country for different types of armored vehicles. The order includes Arma 8×8 and Cobra II 4×4 tactical wheeled armored vehicles, along with spare parts and training services. Deliveries are planned to begin in 2021 and be completed by the end of 2022.
