AKSA generators have become the energy sponsor of the FIS Snowboard World Cup, which will be held at the ITU stadium on Saturday, December 20, 2014.
The event, which will take place in the Big Air category and will host the world's top 60 freestyle snowboarders, will also mark a first for the snowboarding world. For the first time in history, female athletes will also compete in the Big Air category.
Athletes will showcase their skills on a giant ramp, 40 meters high and 110 meters long, to be built at the ITU Stadium, giving Istanbul residents an unforgettable snowboard spectacle in the heart of the city.
AKSA produced its first generator in 1984 and quickly specialized in the production of machinery and equipment for electricity supply, becoming one of the world's leading generator manufacturers. In 1994, with the reorganization of the Aksa group under the name Kazancı Holding, Aksa Generator reached its current structure.
