Aspilsan, which meets the mobile energy needs of the Turkish defense industry, laid the foundation for its lithium-ion battery production facility with a ceremony held today.

The construction of the Aspilsan Energy Lithium-Ion Battery Production Facility, which will have a 24,000 square meter indoor area in the Kayseri Mimarsinan Organized Industrial Zone, is targeted to be completed next year. With the completion of the facility, Aspilsan will be able to produce rechargeable lithium-ion battery cells using national resources.
