Baykar, one of Türkiye's leading defense technology companies, has successfully tested the new engines (2 x 850 HP) for the Bayraktar AKINCI C.
These new engines significantly enhance the performance of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The AKINCI C is equipped with two 850 horsepower engines, capable of producing a total of 1700 HP. Thanks to these powerful engines, AKINCI C series UAVs are capable of flying longer distances, at higher altitudes, and with heavier payloads.
Baykar's cutting-edge engines expand AKINCI's operational capabilities and reinforce Türkiye's innovative position in the defense industry. The new engines enable AKINCI to carry more payload and stay airborne longer than previous models. This development strengthens Türkiye's independence in UAV technology and its position in global competition.
