A glass produced by a team at Akdeniz University can be used in mobile phone and television screens, as well as computer monitors.
A team led by Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Arpaç, a faculty member of the Chemistry Department at Akdeniz University's Faculty of Science, has produced flexible, foldable glass after a year of research.
An application has been filed with the German Patent Office for a flexible, foldable glass that could be used in mobile phone and television screens, as well as computer monitors, with foreign buyers in mind.
