As normalization steps accelerate globally during the pandemic, Şişecam Group has developed a special coating technology that neutralizes viruses and bacteria on glass surfaces, making a groundbreaking contribution to the fight against the pandemic. Preliminary findings indicate that the technology is also effective against the coronavirus, and testing and development processes in this area are ongoing.
Şişecam Group, which will initially apply Yüzde 100 yerli technology to glass tableware products, will launch its products in Türkiye and then expand to global markets. The “Antimicrobial V-Block Technology” developed by Şişecam Group will significantly contribute to both the normalization process and the Turkish economy.
