Milli Gemi Projesi (MİLGEM) kapsamında üretilen ilk Türk korveti ‘Heybeliada’ ve mayın avlama gemisi ‘Akçay’ın denize indirilmesi ile MİLGEM projesinin ikinci gemisi ‘Büyükada’nın ilk kaynağının yapılması nedeniyle Pendik’teki İstanbul Tersane Komutanlığı’nda tören düzenlendi.
