BIOMATEN, which will produce biomaterials using domestic technologies, has been opened. Located at METU (Middle East Technical University), the "Biomaterial and Tissue Engineering Center of Excellence - BIOMATEN" will produce biomaterials used in the treatment of damaged organs, the vast majority of which are currently sourced from abroad, using domestic technologies.
