The Retinar PTR Perimeter Surveillance Radar, developed domestically by Meteksan Defense, has been put into service by the Turkish Land Forces Command.
Retinar PTR is the portable model in the Retinar Perimeter Surveillance Radar Family, distinguished by its small size and light weight. Capable of detecting people walking from 4 km, small vehicles from 8 km, and large vehicles from 10 km, Retinar PTR is designed for security applications such as perimeter surveillance, perimeter security, camp protection, and border and coastal surveillance.
