The rigorous tests applied to Türkiye's first domestically produced National Infantry Rifle, the MPT 76, manufactured at the Kırıkkale Machine and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKEK) Weapons Factory. The MPT 76 holds the distinction of being the only infantry rifle in the world to successfully pass 36 separate tests.
