The second prototype of the HÜRKUŞ Next Generation Basic Training Aircraft, designed and manufactured by TUSAŞ, made its first flight on September 10, 2014.

The flight, which took place at an altitude of 8500 ft and a speed of 140 knots, started at 07:47 and was successfully completed at 08:03.
