Türkiye's mobility brand Togg continues its expansion in the European market with special editions. The Obsidian series, which represents the Nobility of Black and attracted great interest in Türkiye, is now hitting the roads of Germany. This special series, where chrome details are replaced by glossy black (Piano Black) elements, is offered with the Fully Loaded Package advantage, similar to the sales strategy in Türkiye. The turnkey price for the series in Germany, which also includes the new Seyhan white, has been set at €52,690.
Togg is intensifying competition in Germany, the heart of Europe, not only with its standard models but also with versions offering customized experiences. The Obsidian Series, the sportiest and most charismatic version of the T10X model, has been launched for German consumers. Having opted for a cautious start in Germany and not yet reaching its desired sales figures, Togg aims to shift its brand image in Europe towards the premium SUV segment and target performance enthusiasts with this move.
The Obsidian Difference: No Chrome, Just Charisma
The T10X Obsidian Series distinguishes itself from standard versions with black details in its exterior design. The chrome brightness on the front grille, window trims, roof rails, and rims is replaced by more aggressive and sporty black details.
However, what truly makes this series attractive in the German market is Togg's One Price, Full Equipment strategy. Just like in Türkiye, the Obsidian series in Germany is built on the V2 4More (Long Range) version. Features that are normally offered as options, such as the Panoramic Glass Roof, Meridian Premium Sound System, and Winter Package, are included in the price of the Obsidian series.
New Color Seyhan on the German List
Togg's recently added Adana-inspired "Seyhan" (White) color to its color palette has also become the launch color for the Obsidian series in Germany.
Especially the contrast between the white body color and the black rims, black roof, and black mirrors of the Obsidian series (Black-White harmony) is one of the combinations most preferred by German car enthusiasts.
Colors Offered Free of Charge in Germany:
- Seyhan (White - New)
- Anadolu (Red)
- Ayder (Green)
- Kula (Grey)
- Oltu (Black)
Price and Delivery Schedule
According to information on Togg's German website and configurator, the T10X V2 4More Obsidian version is listed with a price tag of €52,690, including shipping and delivery costs.
This price is quite competitive compared to its rivals in the European market (VW ID.4, Skoda Enyaq, Tesla Model Y) for a fully loaded D-SUV with an 88.5 kWh battery and a range of 468 km (WLTP). The estimated delivery date for German customers who have placed orders is set for March-April 2026.
