Founded in 2017 by Eray Altunbozar, AirCar plans to make its first flight in the skies of Istanbul in 2025.
With the advancement of technology today, the demand for and investment in electric autonomous vehicles is increasing. Due to all these technological developments, it is thought that flying cars will become widely used in the future, both for personal use and for urban transportation.
Eray Altunbozar, one of the entrepreneurs investing in this field in Türkiye, is also attracting attention. In an interview with Türkiye newspaper, Eray Altunbozar mentioned that they set out with the goal of producing Türkiye's first domestic flying vehicle, AirCar, which was founded in 2017. Altunbozar shared the information that AirCar will begin flight tests of Türkiye's first flying car in 2025. He also stated that the flying car, which will have a capacity of 2 people, reach a speed of 120 km/h, have a range of 80 km, and be 100% electric, will have all its certifications after the test flights in 2025.
