Google Summer of Code 2008 program, which has gained increasing importance in the open source world over the past three years and donates products created by 1500 interns under the supervision of around 2000 programmers from 90 countries to the software world, also includes Pardus projects.
Parallel to the TÜBİTAK/UEKAE internship program, new projects to be developed under the Google umbrella with students from all over the world will also be presented to the Pardus project and the entire open-source software community this fall.
Pardus is one of five Linux distributions participating in this important event in the IT world, alongside many other open-source projects such as Debian, Fedora & JBoss, Gentoo, and openSUSE.
Since Google is running the project, you need to know English to participate.
