ASELSAN, Türkiye's leading defense technology company, has delivered the ALP-300G portable Early Warning Radar System, developed with domestic and national capabilities, to the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).
This significant development has substantially enhanced our country's defense capabilities, providing us with a system that will act as the eyes and ears of the sky.
A Domestic and National Technological Marvel
ALP-300G is a radar system developed entirely domestically by ASELSAN engineers. Equipped with an active electronically scanned antenna architecture (AESA), this system has digital beamforming capability and can work integrated with the AESA IFF subsystem. Thanks to its ability to operate within a network structure, it can perform tasks in harmony with different systems.
Mobility and High Performance
One of the most striking features of the ALP-300G is its mobility. This radar, which works integrated with all its subsystems and is easily transportable, greatly contributes to mobility in the field. With its high-performance, flexible architecture and advanced signal and data processing algorithms, the ALP-300G can monitor the airspace with full coverage and significantly enhances the awareness capabilities of our Air Force.
A Turning Point in the National Defense Industry
The ASELSAN team, led by Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, implemented this project in collaboration with 436 different subcontractors and SMEs. The Portable Early Warning Radar Systems Delivery Ceremony, attended by our Minister of National Defence, General Yaşar Güler, our Chief of General Staff, General Metin Gürak, and our Air Force Commander, General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu, showcased the strength and unity of our defense industry.
