Aspilsan Energy has launched Türkiye's first domestically produced portable charger (BL2 Powerbank) using locally manufactured cylindrical battery cells.
The BL2 Powerbank is manufactured using two INR18650-A28 cylindrical battery cells from Aspilsan Energy. These battery cells are registered national technology products conforming to international quality standards. Each battery has a capacity of 2950 mAh and a voltage of 3.68V, enabling the Powerbank to deliver high performance with a power output of 5900mAh. The BL2 Powerbank features one USB-A and one USB-C connector. While the Aspilsan portable charger is charged via USB-C, the USB-A interface can be used as the charging output. LED lights on the portable charger allow you to see how much energy the Powerbank has left.
One of the most notable features of the BL2 Powerbank is that its cylindrical battery cells are replaceable. This feature allows users to extend battery life and obtain longer charging times. Furthermore, the replaceable cells provide a significant advantage in terms of environmental sustainability. As of the date of this news report, the Aspilsan portable charger (Powerbank) is sold for 399 TL.
