Retired police chief Muammer Yıldız, after eight years of work, developed a device that generates its own electricity. The device has received approval from Europe (TÜV).
Yıldız, who had the device approved by the Turkish Patent Institute, also received an international utility model certificate from TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs-Verein - Technical Inspection Association), headquartered in Germany. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), based in Switzerland and established under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, also approved the patent certificate. WIPO, which sent the preliminary documents, will deliver the official certificate to Yıldız within a month.
Yıldız, who has protected his device, which he named BSMH, against international technology agents, claims that his invention will solve the electricity shortage in homes and businesses, and the fuel shortage in cars, ships, and airplanes. Giant companies from various countries want to meet with Yıldız to discuss a deal for the device, which is said to provide unlimited energy. The device requires a small 12-volt battery for its initial operation. 12 volts of electricity are supplied from the battery for 8 seconds. After this energy provides the propulsive force, the battery is disconnected, and the small motors inside the device start generating electricity. The device uses 20% of the electricity it produces, while releasing 80% to the environment.
