The winner of the "Car of the Year in Türkiye" competition, organized by the Automotive Journalists Association (OGD), for 2024 has been announced. The winning car is the Togg T10X, a domestically produced vehicle from Türkiye.
In the final stage of the competition, only 7 cars remained, selected by the jury members' votes. The finalist models underwent a rigorous evaluation based on criteria such as "design, handling, ergonomics, fuel consumption, emission rates, safety, equipment level, and price-value ratio." In the second stage, the "BMW 5 Series, Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, Hyundai Ioniq 6, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Renault Austral, TOGG T10X, and Toyota CH-R" qualified for the final. As a result of this comprehensive evaluation, the Togg T10X was chosen as the winner and will be able to use the "Car of the Year" logo in its press releases and advertisements for one year. In 2023, the Nissan X-Trail won the Car of the Year award in Türkiye with its eye-catching SUV model.
Furthermore, the Trumore application used in Togg's smart vehicles also won the innovation award of the year. Togg T10X, a domestic and national success in Türkiye's automotive sector, once again drew attention with this prestigious award.
