One thousand horsepower UTKU engine to be used in Fırtına howitzers started up

Türkiye’nin güç grubu geliştirme çalışmaları kapsamında geliştirilen Fırtına obüslerinin motoru olarak ta kullanılması planlanan 1000 beygir gücündeki UTKU motoru başarılı şekilde çalıştırıldı.

45 tona kadar paletli hafif zırhlı muharebe araçları ve Fırtına Obüsü için BMC Power tarafından geliştirilen 1000 beygir gücündeki ilk motor ve ilk çapraz tahrikli transmisyon UTKU’nun çalıştırması başarılı şekilde gerçekleştirildi.
