The % 100 Electric Minibus Project, carried out by the Mechatronics Education and Research Center of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), constitutes one of Türkiye's important milestones in the field of electric vehicles, both scientifically and industrially. Meeting the need for a clean environment and alternative energy in public transportation, the electric minibus is designed to travel a minimum of 120 km and reach a maximum speed of 150 km/h when fully loaded with 50 kWh batteries. It is a swift vehicle capable of reaching a speed of 75 km/h in 10-12 seconds over a distance of 200 meters. The minibus's empty weight, including batteries, is 3000 kg. With a passenger capacity of 20 people, its total weight is designed to be 4500 kg.
