The T-129 ATAK attack and tactical reconnaissance helicopter, developed with national resources, was delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces at a ceremony held at the Army Aviation Command.
Speaking at the handover ceremony to the Turkish Armed Forces held at the Army Aviation Command, Prime Minister Erdoğan said, “Most of the components of the ATAK helicopters were produced by our engineers. With the ATAK Project, Turkey has moved from being a country that buys helicopters to a country that produces and sells helicopters.”.
