The satellite launch project aims to support the sustainability of Türkiye's planned satellite programs and to acquire satellite launching capability in order to achieve independent access to space.
The project aims to develop a Satellite Launch Vehicle, establish a Satellite Launch Center for launching the Satellite Launch Vehicle, and establish and/or procure related services for Remote Ground Stations to receive and track data from the Satellite Launch Vehicle. ROKETSAN A.Ş. is the main contractor for the project.
