The AKINCI TİHA has passed another critical threshold. According to a statement by Baykar Defense, as part of the ongoing tests of the AKINCI TİHA, PT-1 successfully passed the high-altitude test conducted this morning.
In a statement regarding the test conducted by Baykar Defense, it was shared that the AKINCI TİHA (Attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) PT-1 raised the bar with a test that lasted 3 hours and 22 minutes at an altitude of 30,000 feet, starting at 6:16 AM.
The first flight test of the Akıncı TİHA was conducted on December 6, 2019.
Having made its first flight on December 6, 2019, the Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA has so far conducted five successful flight tests with two prototypes. The project aims to deliver the Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA by the end of the year.
