A subcontracting agreement has been signed between ASELSAN and TUSAŞ, companies affiliated with the Turkish Armed Forces Strengthening Foundation (TSKGV), for the development and integration of avionics systems to be included in the Indigenous National Helicopters.
The Original Helicopter Program, Türkiye's first national helicopter development project, was signed between TUSAŞ and SSM on June 26, 2013. Within the scope of this program, the "Original Helicopter Program Subcontracting Agreement," which includes the development of avionics equipment, military/civilian certification, and avionics system integration for military and civilian light-class prototype helicopters to be designed and developed originally, was also signed and entered into force between TUSAŞ and ASELSAN.
