Aselsan aims to carry out tasks such as port and strait security, reconnaissance, surveillance, intelligence gathering, and coastal patrol with its remotely controlled unmanned surface vehicle, 'Denizci'.
The surface vessel "Denizci," currently under design and R&D, will be remotely controlled but will also be capable of making its own decisions when necessary. Upon reaching its target, Denizci will be able to transmit data obtained from its sonar, radar, and thermal camera systems to the command center. If needed, a crew member can board and operate Denizci, using weapons, radar, and cameras.
