The M2 QCB heavy machine guns, manufactured by CANİK for the Azerbaijani Navy, have passed factory acceptance tests and are ready for shipment.
CANİK has redesigned and improved the 50-caliber machine gun, the world's most proven heavy machine gun in combat, using cutting-edge technology, and made it available for use by the Turkish army and friendly and allied countries.
CANIK M2 QCB
The CANIK M2 QCB (Quick-Change Barrel) Heavy Machine Gun is the latest addition to Canik's family of superior firearms. The Canik M2 QCB is an enhanced version of the M2 heavy machine gun, widely used by infantry on armored and unarmored vehicles, naval platforms, and tripod mounts for anti-material and anti-personnel purposes.
Leveraging its expertise in designing and manufacturing light weapons, aviation, rockets, and missiles, CANİK has succeeded in doubling the lifespan of the firing mechanism on the M2 and developing the longest-lasting and best-spreading barrel on the market. It has also improved the weapon's performance in harsh environmental and demanding conditions. Another notable development is the ability to mount a wide variety of optical and lighting equipment onto the machine gun.
