HÜRJET

The HÜRJET Jet Training and Light Attack Aircraft is designed to play a critical role by utilizing its superior performance characteristics with its single-engine, tandem cockpit and modern avionics suite. The armed variant of the HÜRJET is a significant force in the battlefield with its wide range of missions and superior payload capacity.

The Hürjet Project was initiated to replace the T-38 aircraft used in Jet Advanced Training and the F-5 aircraft used in Aerobatic Team demonstrations, and to include them in the Turkish Air Force inventory.

In addition to these features of HÜRJET;

  • To be used as a replacement for Jet Training Aircraft that have been in service for over 20 years.
  • It is also intended to be used as a jet training aircraft to accommodate the rapidly increasing number of 5th generation aircraft (TFX, F-35, etc.) and their updated configurations.

TUSAŞ has launched the HÜRJET Program, leveraging its cost-effective knowledge and experience in training aircraft/system production and design to capitalize on the market potential.
