Karsan is modernizing the transportation infrastructure of many cities with its environmentally friendly, zero-emission, and state-of-the-art electric commercial vehicles, while the brand's electric fleet in Europe has exceeded 250.
Continuing to strengthen its presence in Europe, Karsan recently delivered 5 e-ATAK buses to Weilheim, Germany, a city aiming to replace its diesel transportation vehicles with electric ones. With nearly 20 electric vehicles meeting German quality standards in various German states, Karsan has further strengthened its market share in the country.
Karsan e-ATAK offers a range of 300 km.
With its dynamic design lines at the front and rear, the Karsan e-ATAK immediately catches the eye with its LED daytime running lights. The 230 kW electric motor in the e-ATAK produces 2,500 Nm of torque, providing the user with a high-performance driving experience. Equipped with five 44 kWh batteries developed by BMW, totaling 220 kWh capacity, the 8m class e-ATAK surpasses its competitors with a range of 300 km. It can be charged in 5 hours with AC charging units and in 3 hours with fast charging units. Furthermore, thanks to the regenerative braking system that provides energy recovery, the batteries can self-charge by up to 25%. Offering a passenger capacity of 52 people, the e-ATAK has two different seating configuration options.
