The uniforms of officers, non-commissioned officers, and privates serving in the land forces of the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) are changing.

It has been stated that Turkish soldiers in the field will be undetectable from satellite imagery due to the colors and features of the uniforms designed by fashion designer Arzu Kaprol, which are made from a newly developed antibacterial fabric.

Following extensive research and development efforts by the Turkish Armed Forces and the General Staff, the Turkish soldier's uniform is now being produced in Adıyaman using the most advanced technology and materials.

The new antibacterial uniforms, including the underwear, were made using nanotechnology.

The fabric is water-resistant, high-strength, sweat-absorbing but not visible, stain-resistant, wrinkle-free, the hood is designed like a baseball cap for better visibility, and most importantly, it is prepared in colors and patterns suitable for the geographical features and vegetation of 7 different regions of Türkiye, making it impossible to spot a soldier in the field when viewed from satellite imagery.”
