Selçuk Bayraktar, Chief Technology Officer of Baykar, shared new images of the Bayraktar TB3 unmanned aerial vehicle on his social media account, hinting that its first flight is imminent.
The Bayraktar TB3 will have foldable wings and will be able to land on and take off from the TCG ANADOLU ship. New images show that the TB3 has a larger structure than the TB2 and that its wings, as well as its rear landing gear, will be foldable.

Upon completion, the Bayraktar TB3 will be a world first, being the first unmanned aerial vehicle capable of taking off from and landing on LHD-class ships. It is anticipated that the Bayraktar TB3 will use either the PD170 or PD222 aviation engine developed by TEI as its power source.
The Bayraktar TB3's features will contribute to the technological advancement of the Turkish defense industry and enhance Türkiye's defense capabilities. The images shared by Selçuk Bayraktar have generated excitement ahead of the upcoming test flights of the Bayraktar TB3.
