Head of the Defense Industry, İsmail Demir, announced that deliveries of the REDET-II Radar Electronic Support/Electronic Attack system are continuing.
The Presidency of Defence Industries announced that deliveries are continuing within the scope of the project, which aims to maximize the electronic warfare capabilities of our Armed Forces with the REDET-II System in addition to the Land-Based SOJ (KORAL) System.
Radar Electronic Support System (ES)
The Radar Electronic Warfare (ED) System detects and identifies threat radars, and determines the necessary information about these radars, including their directions, to create an Electronic Warfare Order (EWA) for electronic warfare purposes.
Radar Electronic Warfare System (ET)
The Radar Electronic Warfare (ET) System employs electronic warfare in the form of deception or jamming to reduce the coverage of detected target radars or to disable them for specific periods. The system, with its 'Support Detection Infrastructure', can identify target radars against which it will apply electronic warfare. Based on its DRFM (Dynamic Detection and Failure Mode) structure, it can apply phase-coherent and phase-incoherent jamming and deception techniques against target radars.
